01 Safety & Compliance
Before commencing any work, all applicable safety procedures and equipment training requirements must be fulfilled. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with laboratory safety standards and proper handling of equipment.
02 Service Charges & Financials
Charges for consulting activities will be determined based on the nature and extent of facility usage, including specific tests, equipment utilization, and the level of technical staff involvement. The estimated cost will be shared during the approval stage.
03 Institutional Priority
The laboratory facilities are intended primarily for research and academic purposes. Industrial testing without significant research value may be redirected to external agencies.
⚠️ Note: Students are not permitted to independently use laboratory facilities for personal consulting or commercial activities.
04 Enforcement & Discipline
Failure to follow procedures, obtain prior approval, or comply with payment requirements may result in restriction or suspension of facility access. Violations are subject to disciplinary action per institutional guidelines.
